are there any age restrictions?
We are an 21+ venue with Valid ID at all times
WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Cash, ApplePay, CashAPP, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards. No personal checks accepted.
Does Barrel Room offer a buy-out option?
Yes. Barrel Room does offer a buy out option – this is best for large groups that will meet the buyout minimum. Please email mail@barrelroompdx.com for more info.
Is there handicapped access to the club?
Yes, the entire venue is on one floor, with no steps to the restroom or anywhere. If you are booking a table at a Dueling Piano show, please let us know if you’d like a short table or any other assistance by emailing reservations@barrelroompdx.com
Is there parking near Barrel Room?
Street parking is free in most places in Old Town after 7pm (be sure to check all signage). There is a flat lot and a parking structure on 1st & Davis, The SmartPark structure is generally $8 all day.

How do I make sure I can sit with friends who purchased tickets separately?
Please let us know in the “customer notes” box at checkout which party you’d like to sit with.
What are your showtimes?
Our regular show schedule is:
Fridays: Doors open at 7:00 PM, and the show runs from 8:00 PM–11:30 PM.
Saturdays: Doors open at 5:00 PM, and the show runs from 6:00 PM–9:30 PM.
Please check our calendar for specific dates and showtimes. Occasionally, our venue is reserved for private or special events, and regular performances may not be available.
What's the difference between VIP and General Admission?
VIP Admission includes a front-row table and table service throughout the show.
General Admission also includes table seating, but tables are located behind the VIP section. Guests order food and drinks directly from the bar.
Will I get to choose my table?
Parties of two may choose from available tables on a first-come, first-served basis.
Parties of three or more will have a table assigned and reserved before they arrive.
Does Barrel Room offer group discounts?
Yes! Please email reservations@barrelroompdx.com with your group size and the date you'd like to come party.
It is recommended that large groups or parties be seated 45 minutes before showtime so we can provide you with the best service.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. There are no refunds however tickets may be transferred to another date or person.
OPEN JAM NIGHTS
How do I sign up to jam?
The host will be easy to find, they will sign you up for as many instruments as you’d like. The main categories are drums, guitar, bass, keys, and vocals. If you have any other instrument feel free to bring it and we’ll get you up there!
Do you have instruments I can play?
Yes, we have decent gear: Drum kit, electric guitars with pedals and amps, acoustic guitar, electric bass and an amp, digital keyboard, and plenty of microphones.
Can I bring my own instrument?
Totally! Plus if you have another kind of instrument, like a horn or violin, we’ll get you setup to jam on that.
How long do we get to play?
Most jams are about 8 minutes. If it’s less busy then it can go longer. If the signup sheet is pretty full then the host may shorten jams to give more people opportunity to get on stage.
Can I jam with specific people?
Yes, let the host know who you’d like to sign up with.
Can I sign up to play my songs alone?
No, this is intended to be a community based jam. Check our calendar for Open Mic nights.
Can I play covers?
Yes, but make sure you sign up with people who want to play them with you.
