Where is Barrel Room located?
We are located in the Heart of Portland’s Old Town Entertainment District at 105 NW Third Ave., Between Couch and Davis Streets.

How do I purchase tickets or make a reservation for a specific show?
Simply click the ‘BUY TICKES’ button on the show you are interested in. If you are a large group, celebrating a party or need a more personalized experience, please click GROUP EVENTS for more information.

What are your showtimes?
Showtimes are Friday and Saturday Nights at 9PM | Doors open at 8PM.

Are there any age restrictions?
We are an 21+ venue with Valid ID at all times

I purchased a Groupon or Living Social Voucher, Now What?
We ask all purchased discount vouchers to confirm reservations by contacting our box office at: 503.242.0700 x705

What is the difference between General Reserved, Date Night, 4 Pack 'RockPack' 6 Pack 'RockPack.'
General Reserved: Reserved: Purchased tickets are good for single seat. These tickets expire 15 Minutes after showtime – if you are late or need to register for a late arrival, please communicate with box office in the ‘Notes’ section of your purchase.
Date Night: Reserved: Good for Two Premium Reserved Seats, Shared Appetizer, Champagne Toast, PatioBar Comps
4 Pack 'RockPack': Good for FOUR Premium Reserved Seats, Bucket of Beer (4) Shared Appetizer, PatioBar Comps
4 Pack 'RockPack': Good for SIX Premium Reserved Seats, Bucket of Beer (6,) Shared Appetizer (2,) PatioBar Comps.
FREE Entry - Seating NOT Guaranteed - When seating is gone, no worries, come on in and hang with us barside - When you register these seats, you are automatically listed on our waiting list.

What time should I arrive?
Barrel Room opens 1 Hour prior to Showtime. If you have purchased tickets, please check in with host by 8:45 to be seated before show start. It is recommended that large groups or parties be seated by 8:15 – ALL TICKETS EXPIRE 15 MINUTES AFTER SHOWSTART your tickets may be resold or seated to waitlist guests, please communicate with box office if you are running late in order for us to hold your reservation.

Does BarrelRoom accept credit cards?
We accept Cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards. No personal checks accepted.

What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. There are no refunds however tickets may be transferred to another date or person.

Is there an item minimum?
Instead of a drink minimum, we have a two-item minimum in the ShowBar (e.g. 1 soda and 1 appetizer) which gives our patrons an opportunity to enjoy the food BarrelRoom has to offer. Food or Drink pre-purchased in packages does count towards the minimum.

How long do the shows typically last?
Shows are scheduled to run 4 hours – 9PM-1AM

What’s the Show Description?
We are Portland’s Longest Running and ONLY Dueling Piano Showbar. We feature National Touring Talent each weekend. It is an All-Request show that features Music, Comedy, Band Sets and Naught Bits. If you are easily offended, there are better options.

Is there a dress code?
Nice, casual attire.

Does BarrelRoom offer group discounts?
Yes! Please inquire about our so we can offer you other ways to save!

Does BarrelRoom offer a BuyOut Option?
Yes. BarrelRoom does offer a ‘BuyOut” option – this is best for large groups that will meet the buyout minimum. Please contact the box office at: 503.242.0700 x705

Is there handicapped access to the club?
Yes. Call our box office for more information.

Is there Parking near BarrelRoom?
Yes, there is street parking as well as flat lot and garage options within blocks. Please be aware of parking restrictions in the Entertainment District, it is clearly signed.

Is your club smoke-free?
Yes
